REINSURANCE FEE DEADLINES NEAR

Reinsurance Fee Deadlines Near

Deadlines for the Reinsurance Assessment Fee are approaching for 2015.

For employers paying the fee in full in a single payment:

• Submit the 2015 Transitional Reinsurance Program Annual Enrollment and Contributions Submission Form and schedule payment no later than Nov. 16, 2015 (as Nov. 15 is a Sunday), and
• Pay the full amount due ($44 per year per average covered life) in a single payment no later than Jan. 15, 2016.

For employers deciding to pay the fee in two installments:

• Submit the 2015 Transitional Reinsurance Program Annual Enrollment and Contributions Submission Form and schedule payment of the first installment no later than Nov. 16, 2015.
• Duplicate the form and schedule payment of the second installment no later than Nov. 16, 2015.
• Pay the first amount due ($33 per year per average coverage life) no later than Jan. 15, 2016.
• Pay the second contribution ($11 per year per average covered life) no later than Nov. 15, 2016.
